A matchstick

It is better to choose complete darkness rather than relying on a matchstick. Now some people will rant that how a matchstick will vanish the darkness. But my friend, be careful. This matchstick will only burn your hands in the hope of a small point of a light. It will make you wait in the darkness forever. It won't disappear the darkness my friend, but will only burn your hands. It's better to blow off that matchstick and let yourself fall in the darkness in the search of sun. It will take time, you will fall a number of times, but believe me you will find your way out for the sun.

It is much better to wander in the darkness searching for sun rather than sitting on a place with a matchstick in your hand, which will in turn burn only your hands. You must be wondering what I am referring matchstick and darkness too. Here matchstick is short term pleasure and darkness is working your ass off for your ultimate goal. These short term pleasures might seem tempting, but they are not worth it. A small matchstick might be the best thing you can see in the darkness, but remember my friend you deserve the sun. You are admiring the matchstick because you haven't seen the sun yet. But remember, all the darkness will be worth it. Don't spend so much time on matchstick that by the time you overcome darkness it's already night outside.
